We had a beautiful night but there was no wind. There was a great view of the 
full moon from the dock. Some lightning was spotted around 830. Kayaking turned out to be a brilliant idea. 

Since we didn’t light up the boats we decided to light up the kayaks, picnic table and each other.

MYC 72nd Annual Regatta in the books - check, 62 boats, 35 Sunfish, 12 Lasers, 11 RS Aeros, 4 Day Sailers - check, lobster, steak and chicken dinner with ice cream sundae bar - check, moment of silence for 9/11 victims - check. Day 2 had more wind and a little excitement on the water. It's time for the MYC 72nd Annual Regatta 0n 9/10-9/12/2021. We have 60+ boats registered and the weather is looking really good. Come on down and join us for the Friday night welcome party and on Saturday and Sunday to cheer on your favorite skippers. There are 2 events at the club on Sunday 9/5/2021. The 21st Women Skippers Regatta is at 9AM and the 16th Single-handed R3gatta is at 12:00 noon. Hope we see lots of you there!
