MYC held the 2019 Junior Regatta today with 6 boats sailing ion 20+ MPH winds! It was fun to watch the boats going so fast down the lake and the kids were awesome! The 2019 Flying Scot Women's NAC were held at Massapoag Yacht Club in Sharon, MA, with 12 teams from 7 states sailing 5 races in sometimes challenging conditions. Among the competitors were 3 past Women’s NAC Champions, and in the end it was Greta Mittman and Jennifer Judkins from Corinthian Sailing Club in Dallas, TX, who prevailed. The 2nd – 5th place finishers were (2) Melanie Dunham from Maryland and Stacey Rieu, (3) Mary Ann Hopper, Melissa Miller & Jennifer Draheim from Texas, (4) Natalie Colemna-Fuller, Connie Eckart & Kate Sharp from Massachusetts , and (5) Sally Morriss, Denise Whatley and Laura Graham from Alabama.
